Let go of control and practice acceptance. It does not matter if you have ever done calligraphy before or you are holding a brush pen for the first time in your life. This creative meditation is for everyone. Remember, don’t have any expectations from this process or the final result. Just allow this exercise to happen, without any judgement.
What do you need?
Brush pens (any size can be used for this meditation)
Smooth paper (a practice grid pad is used in this video)
Optional: pencil and ruler for the guidelines
